Tip 01 - Evolution

This is one of the main ways to make your pokemon have higher stats at max level. Focus on evolving your pokemon to the final form at lower levels. For example: a level 5 Charmander becoming a level 5 Charizard. It will become stronger over time because it is training and leveling in its final form. See a comparison in images:

Charizard status:

With that, the conclusion is that the recommendation is to always try to evolve the pokemon at a low level.

Tip 02 - Boost Stone

This is another method to further increase your pokemon stats, whether at max level or not, because the Boost Stone works in both cases.

To know which Boost Stone your pokemon will use, follow the same logic as the Stone that evolves it. In the case of Charizard, it is a Fire Stone; so it will use a Fire Boost Stone to give Boost.

You can check the Boost Stone Guide to learn how to get them. When you already have some, go to the location next to the Saffron PokeCenter.

At these coordinates, you will find a machine where you must place the pokemon to be boosted in the pokemon slot and the Boost Stones in the other slot.

After placing everything in its slots, right-click in the middle of the machine, where there is a small computer, and it will start the process.

When the Boost process ends, you will see the success message in the chat and the stats your pokemon gained. Now you can remove your pokemon from the machine slot and use it. You will notice that its name will show the amount of Boost it got in this attempt.

You will also notice that now your pokemon will be stronger than last time.

Before Boost:

--- Status --- Offense: 1113 Defense: 1055 Agility: 31 Sp. Attack: 1272 Vitality: 1064

After Boost:

--- Status --- Offense: 1397 Defense: 1325 Agility: 33 Sp. Attack: 1596 Vitality: 1339

As you can see, the more Boost done, the stronger your pokemon will be, increasing significantly.

Tip 03 - Pokemon Happiness

Something that can hurt you is letting your pokemon get defeated many times and become sad. On the server, there is the command:

!Love

This command specifically makes your pokemon happy again. If your pokemon is very sad, it will take longer to recover from negative effects and its defense drops considerably because it is in a state where it does not want to battle. So remember to use the command whenever possible.
