Below Dazzy's house on the left side you will find another house with 3 floors. On the first floor, talk to NPC Draco.

You must have the second key to enter the house.

Stage 2 - The Third Request

When you talk to Draco, he will ask you to drop 120 Fire Orbs from Growlithe.

Note: Arcanine also drop in greater quantity.

Stage 3 - The Search

You must defeat Growlithe or Arcanine to obtain the requested item.

In Saffron there is the initial fire area.

Stage 4 - Deliver the Items

Return to Draco's location and deliver the requested Orbs.
