Stage 1 - Find the Second Officer Jenny

Above the Pokecenter, you will find a small passage on the left side.

Stage 2 - The First Request

When you talk to Officer Jenny, she will ask you to drop 120 Poliwag Crystals.

Note: Poliwhirl and Poliwrath also drop in greater quantity.

Stage 3 - The Search

You must defeat Poliwag or its evolutions to obtain the requested item. If you have a high fishing level, you can find it by fishing.

Stage 4 - Deliver the Items

Return to Officer Jenny's location and deliver the requested crystals.

After delivering the crystals, you will receive the second item to enter the Kyogre quest.
