PokemonPallet is an MMORPG developed together with the players, where every day new and old players find challenges never seen in the Pokemon world. To keep the game fun and fair for everyone, we list some community policies that restrict destructive behavior in the game or on the official website, penalizing, banning, or deleting characters and accounts. Therefore, we consider the following actions prohibited:

1. Names
a) Names with insults, racist content, sexual content, related to drugs, or otherwise offensive.
b) Names containing fragments of phrases, badly formatted words, or meaningless letter combinations.
c) Names that express political or religious opinions, contain illegal propaganda, or do not fit the medieval fantasy theme of PokemonPallet.
d) Names that imply or incite violation of the Rules of PokemonPallet.
e) Names that mention staff members or try to impersonate them.
f) Names that cause spam in the game are subject to namelock.


2. Statements and Messages
a) Insults, racism, sexual content, drug related, embarrassing or offensive content, especially in Help Channel.
b) Sending identical messages (spam) in public chats such as Help Channel is not allowed.
c) Advertising other servers, sites, other games or anything not related to PokemonPallet is not allowed.
d) Statements that mention or encourage violations of the server rules.
e) Misuse of public channels (Game-chat for conversation, Trade for trading and Help for questions).


3. Cheating and Bug Abuse
a) Exploiting any game error for your own or third-party benefit. If you find an error, it must be reported immediately.
b) Intentionally abusing weaknesses of the game.
c) Attempting or stealing data from another player's account.
d) Creating any kind of barrier (trap) to block passage in any city or the exit/entrance of hunting areas is not allowed.
e) Dropping items excessively on the same SQM with the intention of stealing someone or even causing client debug is not allowed.
f) Using or taking advantage of bugs to kill, level, steal, or any other exploit on the server.


4. Staff and Collaborators
a) Threatening or offending a staff member or collaborator in response to their actions is not allowed.
b) Pretending to be a gamemaster or trying to influence their decisions.
c) Intentionally providing wrong or misleading information to a gamemaster during investigations, or making false reports about alleged rule violations.
d) Insulting any member of our staff or collaborators, in public or private chats, is not allowed.


5. Server
a) For gameplay related matters, staff members do not interfere.
b) Any disrespect related to donates/admin is grounds for delete and loss of items.
c) Accounts belong to PokemonPallet, but players are responsible for them; any action that violates the rules or the penal code will face the proper sanctions and penalties.
d) Trading items on other servers is prohibited.
e) Mentioning the name of any other server may result in a ban.
f) Any behavior not listed above but considered harmful by any member of the PokemonPallet staff may result in appropriate measures, including irreversible ones.
g) The PokemonPallet Team does not guarantee full functionality of systems and integrations. Losses may occur; whenever you notice instability or receive an alert, keep your items and characters in safe places.

6. Cheats and Bots
a) The PokemonPallet team does not allow the use of cheats, bots, or any other automation program to facilitate progress in the game.
b) Players caught using these resources will be permanently banned, without prior notice and without possibility of unban.
